Return Policy

Due to each item being made to order, the refund policy will be on a situational/item basis. 

Since custom orders, as well as animal portraits, are made for specific people with specific requests, refunds will not be available. We are unable to re-sell orders made for others so unfortunately, it's not an option. Having said this, PLEASE double, triple, quadruple check that you have the correct sizing on your orders. 

With mass produced items, i.e. the Bleached Inque logo, refunds will only be available if the item has not been worn and no damage has been done to it. However, the return shipping will need to be paid for by the customer and in the same packaging.

We are unable to do any exchanges in size after the package ships or is already being made so again, PLEASE double check your size.
